Thank you for shopping with StationeryStore.pk. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below, applicable to all items including books, pens, calculators, bottles, lunch boxes, toys, gifts, and computer accessories.

Return and Refund Window

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

• • It must be in its original packaging.

• • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process

1. 1. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

• • Recheck your bank account.

• • Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).

• • Contact your bank as there might be a processing delay.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

• • Email us at contact@stationerystore.pk.

• • Send your item to: Muslim Book Palace, Laal Flat, Main Rashid Minhas Road, Block 10-A, Gulistan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

Gifts

• • If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

• • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: Muslim Book Palace, Laal Flat, Main Rashid Minhas Road, Block 10-A, Gulistan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

• • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

• • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

• • For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
